My Blaze screen wont stop flashing. I tried all the different on line suggestions to rectify this and none of them work for me. Can I return my fitbit to get it fixed ?

I assume that one of the things you tried was a restart of the Blaze using this process: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
Fitbits don't tend to be repairable and they don't have repair centres. If you are still within warranty then you may be eligible for a replacement. I suggest contacting customer support via the following link. They can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com

Fitbit's warranty runs for 12 months (24 months if you are in Europe) so hopefully customer support will be able to help.
