Blaze charging issues

Help!  What do I do with my less than 2 year old 2nd FitBit Blaze which will no longer charger and feels extremely hot when plugged it?

 

Buy a Smart Apple watch device instead?

Hi there @SuzanneStirling, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for the details provided about your Blaze's battery behavior. 

 

Since this sounds a bit more serious, I've created a support case on your behalf - you should soon receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums.

 

As my friend @WendyB has suggested, please stopped charging your Blaze until you hear from our Support Team.
