Blaze won't charge

Hello,

 

First off, please pardon my tone as I am utterly frustrated with fitbit.  I am on my 4th fitbit device in 2 years and I'm ready to give up.  The latest, my Fitbit Blaze won't charge.  I tried two different chargers.  One of two things happens: 1. My Fitbit will get crazy hot or 2. If by chance it charges it, it dies in about 4 hours.

 

I emailed Fitbit only to find out they are no longer supporting by email.  I don't do Twitter so that's out.  The fact that I got an autogenerated email that pointed me to this forum says a whole life about their customer service. 

 

Has anyone dealt with this?

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
