Blaze won't charge

Charged Blaze fully on 30/Aug. Decided to leave it at home on 31/Aug when I went on holiday. Now back, the battery will not charge and screen is black. Won't reset etc. Have tried different USB sockets etc but to no avail. Any suggestions welcome? Should I buy a new charging box? Thks

Hi @Sooty1951  my Blaze died while I was on vacation when I tried to charge it. These devices have a limited battery life, it seems. I'm not sure investing in a new charger would result in your Blaze returning to life. All you can do is clean the connections and see if a restart helps, but beyond that, it might have just died over time. Sorry this happened to you. I loved my Blaze. Now I'm using an Inspire 3.

Hi, I have cleaned the connectors and it won't restart, so I guess that's the end. Thks yr reply.

Sorry @Sooty1951 you did all that was possible. Hope you find a Fitbit style that suits you. The Versa series was after the Blaze.
