My Fitbit Blaze had been working great. However, now it won't update (it's stuck on a previous date and wrong time of day). I have tried everything to re-pair with my iphone. I get to to stage where I get the 4 digit code on the Blaze, input that on my iphone, but then nothing happens. It just stays on that screen saying "Connecting to Fitbit..." Please help!

I've got the same problem! It's happened twice now in the last week. Can't get it to sync and it's the wrong time.

Finally got it to synch but still don't know how! Frustrating. I had been trying to synch it from my PC and then just tried it via my android phone. Kept telling me that my synch would start soon and then, "poof!" the time corrected itself. This seems to bve happening when I let my battery get too low but it had never happened before this past week. Hope someone can shed some light on this issue.

I had recently purchased the blaze but regarding the IPhone you may have. I have the Charge 2 before this; I assume you have uninstalled and reinstalled both the app and the tracker. You did not indicate what IPhone you have that may be the answer. I believe on the program there listed those IPhones that may be comparable with the app. Strange I had read that the Apple Watch is not comparable with an Android. I had the experience that the Samsung is not compatible with IPhones even advertised that it is.

I have the same issue, only had the blaze watch since Saturday and already lost the will with it. Appalling product for the money hopefully they can fix it
