Blaze won't connect to iPhone 7

I have been having trouble with my blaze updating and it wouldn't keep the right time. So I deleted the blaze uninstalled the app, then reinstalled it. But now when I try to set it all back up once I get to the code you enter it says connecting and just never connects. I've went into my Bluetooth settings and forgot the device. I even turned on the Bluetooth through the blaze and connect that way but it still won't work.

I would like to know if you keep having problems setting up your tracker? If you do, I recommend restarting your tracker and phone. After the restart process, follow these steps to paired your tracker one more time:

 

  1. On the Fitbit app for iOS, tap the icon in the top right 
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
