I'm having the same issue here. I just opened my Blaze and it's been trying to pair with my phone since about 45 minutes ago.

Hey there guys @AspenBauman @potternut. Welcome to the Community! 🙂
If you're having issues setting up your trackers, please make sure that you're doing this from the app itself and not from the bluetooth settings on your phone. Before you start, a restart on your tracker would come good so just press and hold the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds and unce your tracker is back on, you're ready to proceed.
For setting up your tracker, open up the Fitbit app on your iPhone 6 and tap on the "Account" section at the bottom right corner. Here choose the option that is almos at the top that says "Set up a new Fitbit device" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.
Hope this helps and let me know if you need more help with this!

I've tried restarting my phone, restarting the fitbit, and turning my bluetooth off and on. I am going through the app and doing it the way I've done my other trackers and yet I still can't set up the tracker. It just "loads" for forever and doesn't come to the set up screen. The tracker is brand new and I haven't had issues syncing my other trackers. I don't know what else to do!

Hey @SarahJayne63. Welcome to the Community! 🙂
I'm sorry you're not being able to set up your tracker. For what you describe, it soulds like it is your phone/app and not your Tracker. Is there a chance you can try to set it up using a different device? It can be a friend's phone just to set up your tracker and then they can get rid of the Fitbit app but once you are able to set it up with a different device, you can try to get it to sync on your phone and see how it goes.
Thanks for getting back @AspenBauman. That sounds good. Whenever you receive your new Blaze, let me know how it goes!

I am now having the same issue. I had my first fitbit for less than a year when it broke into pieces. I bought this one to replace it and it has worked fine for nearly 6 months. I've tried all of the troubleshooting methods - turning off the phone, removing and re-adding the app, and it still will not pair.

I could not get the update and it said to disconnect the blaze and then re install. And now mine will not connect. Keep getting the numbers from the blaze and then it just sits. Left it trying last night and all it did was run down blaze battery. Been trying again all morning

I literally tried about 50 things. The only thing that got mine working was shutting off my phone and installing the FitBit app on my iPad, then connecting through my iPad. I updated the tracker there then turned on my phone. It did take 2 tries to work still. Now it seems to be synced for now and working. Really frustrating and I am lucky I had another device to do it with, otherwise I would be hosed. Really quite inconvenient.

I have an IPhone 6s. I removed my device and attempted to reconnect. Now the phone will not find the FitBit at all.

Thanks Jill. I spent 2 hrs working on this yesterday. Decided to try again tonight b/c I missed my Fitbit today. Tried your suggestion and ... Voila! It worked. Thanks so much!
