Blaze won't hold a charge

I have had my Blaze for about a year and a half and all of a sudden it will not fully charge and the batter completely dies within an hour or two. I have restarted, cleaned the connectors and even left the batter charging for an entire 24 hours. Can someone assist? I do not know the warranty information but this should not occur on a $150 watch.

Did anyone reply to you?  I bought my daughter a Blze in June and it will not charge.
