Blaze syncing issues

Every time my Fitbit Blaze syncs it removes my active minutes and will not sync 250 steps 2018.

Are you manually logging any type of activity that might be taking away your active minutes? If you are, I recommend deleting those activities and see if your information goes back to normal. About the 250 per hour, could you provide me with some screenshot of what you are seeing?

No I am not logging manuly and for the 250 steps per hour it shows it on the blaze but does not sync to the app
Also now the calories go away as well

It has been over a week and I cannot get my Blaze to sync. Tried everything I normally do.

If the issue is directly with syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.

Again syncing is not my issue when i sync the app takes away all my active minutes,calories and will not sync my 250 steps per hour
