Blaze won't hold a charge

My Fitbit Blaze will not hold a charge for more than a day, I have reset it still not working, I need help.

Hi there @Mona4947, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for letting me know about your Blaze's battery life and for taking the time to restart your tracker prior to contacting us. 

 

Please take a look at the help article "Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?" and follow the tips and recommendations provided there.

 

As a reminder, the following are some factors that have an impact on battery life and may cause your battery to drain more quickly:

 

  • Frequently checking the Fitbit app, which syncs your tracker
  • Frequently receiving notifications
  • Frequently checking your stats
  • Using Quick View.

Since the upgrade, my Blaze only stays charged for 1 day, I have restarted and done everything I can do. Is it possible to change the battery?

My blaze also is not holding the charge.  I’ve shut it down and charged it for a whole day and still can’t hold the charge more than one hour.  Please help as my blaze is my motivator 😟

where can I get a replacement battery for my Fitbit Blaze in Ireland ?

They offered me 25% off which is a joke considering I had no problems until the upgrade, What a joke.

I think the upgrades are designed to make us purchase another product from them. I will go buy a watch somewhere else with longer life. I can't afford to spend $200 every time they have an upgrade.
