Blaze not receiving notifications

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have been looking at all the suggestions for this issue since the new iOS update with iPhone. But I have having zero luck! I am so frustrated. I use the text/phone call notifications a lot when I'm at work and not having that is really causing some issues. Is there any update on when this might be resolved. It's not been 2.5 weeks without any solution.

I updated my phone last night and this morning I’m having the same issues. Also when I make a phone call my wrist vibrates and says the the person I’m calling is calling me. Pretty aggravating.

Yes, mine has done the same thing also!!! I've tried everything people suggest to fix it and no luck!

When is a "fix" anticipated?  Not being able to see texts and emails is unacceptable for those of us who depend on this feature.  I, too, have tried every "fix" possible.

Same thing has happened to me.  I appreciate that Fitbit understands our concerns, but all I want to know is when will there be a fix?  And how will the fix be implemented?  Do I need to check back here intermittently to find out if a solution is in place, or will the OS just do it (preferably the latter, obviously!)

My Fitbit Blaze is not accepting ANY text messages after upgrading to iOS 13.2 on my Apple iPhone 10XS. I already did all the trouble shooting available and still nothing.

Also my Blaze will continue to ring and vibrate when calls come in. I rely on getting text messages from clients to request appts!!

I have to keep checking my phone.

When is this getting resolved!? This issue has been going on for over a month now. I am beyond frustrated and I can see that others are too. Fitbit is going to lose a lot of customers if this does not get fixed soon. Should this not be high priority, as this is what most people use their Fitbit for??

I’m finally getting text messages now after updating the Fitbit app.
I deleted the Fitbit app, went to App Store to get it again, noticed an update on it ......and after downloading and restarting Fitbit, my messages then came thru. Hope this helps!

Thank you, I try that everyday and still nothing.

I’m having the same issue.  I called in a couple months ago and they said that they are aware of it and working in a solution.
I wouldn’t mind a progress update from them.

I am with you on the frustration! I have done everything suggested —I even “removed my device “ to restart! Well now my iPhone Bluetooth cannot seem to find my Blaze. Again, I have tried everything—no luck! So I have a Blaze that I cannot use. I spoke with Apple and they say it’s a Fitbit problem. Fitbit has no suggestions/ help! So angry!

Hello has this issue been resolved?   How do we fix?

Does anyone read these and hear our frustration...heading toward anger?

Unless you are experiencing this issue, you really don't know how we all feel.  Please define "as quickly as possible."

The issue IS NOT resolved!! Mine is still not receiving text and vibrating incoming call when I am calling someone. This is beyond frustrating.i have deleted and reinstalled app. I’ve done everything I’ve been told to try.  We all paid good money for our watches to have this feature. When will this issue be fixed for ALL of us?

Hi—No I don’t think FitBit reads these concerns as they never respond. BUT, that said, I finally resolved my issue. I deleted my FB app (again) and tried Set Up again with no results. I figured it had to be my FB so I again browsed through all my screens. In “settings” I found a “Bluetooth classic” box that I checked. I had never had that before. Once I checked it I was able to link everything! I hope you’re able to find a solution.

I've reset the Bluetooth setting several times.  Mine has three options (on, off, pair)--I set it to pair and then the next day it has switched to on--but won't sync, so I have to change it again....and again...and again.
At least I can get it to sync!
