Blaze won't pair

Hi. i was given a 2nd hand blaze when my daughter upgraded. It will not pair with my phone Samsung S9 Android) from the app. Have tried turning Bluetooth on and off on device and Blaze and restarting both but no luck. Can anyone advise what I might be doing wrong please?
