Blaze won't receive notifications

Got my Blaze on Christmas Day of last year (2016). Its not receiving text notifications. Not really receiving calendar notifications either. Will receive calls. I've contacted Fitbit and they say they are working on it. It's frustrating to pay so much and it not work. Wondering if anyone else is having similar problems and going through the same thing.

I just got my blaze and it won't even receive calls or texts either. Still haven't gotten a response from fitbit at all.

😳 glad I'm not the only one but it's so frustrating! They keep telling me it's a firmware update but they don't have one at the moment. I've been working on it for 3 months now

I am not receiving notifications for texts and phone calls. Been going on for quite awhile.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this notifications issue and recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there.
