Blaze black screen

Blaze is fully charged. but screen stays black. Tried restarting but after few seconds again black. Tried contacting support they said warranty is over so buy new. Checked online and many people faced same issue for brand new too. this is manufacturing fault but they won’t accept it.

Same thing happened to me today.. charged it and then it started acting crazy.. now it’s completely black no green flashing lights and will not restart again.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If you are interested in using the discount provided, I recommend taking a look at this page, where you will be able to compare all of our units. Maybe there is one that meet your needs.

 

Now if you haven't tried the restart process, do the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
