Why is it doing this? - months now, if not longer - it's actually devaluing the product. And it is at the stage where i am prepared to switch to another make.
Yes i've switched off other bluetooths, yes i have switch bluetooth on the device on and off again , yes i have resintalled the app... it is doing it every single day. And today it just wont work at all. Fedup with it...

Thanks so much for the steps you've tried so far to solve the connectivity issue with your Blaze.
To further investigate, may I know if you're syncing with more than one device? Did you switch phones from Android to iOS or viceversa? If so, I'd recommend to try the follow:
1. Remove the Blaze device from the Bluetooth settings on your phone or phones.
2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
4. Setup your Blaze as a replacement.
If you keep getting the same error message, can you please let me know if your mobile device is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
Give this a go and let me know the outcome.
