Used to have the Charge HR, it would track steps in the indoor mall and my local target. I walk rounds in target after dark to get my count in sometimes. SInce I switched to the Blaze, I get zero steps for that activity l. It just doesn't track at all. My phone IPhone 6s health app will show the steps. What am I doing wrong or could my blaze be defective?

A warm welcome to the Community @TessMoreno. It's weird to hear that your tracker is not tracking steps while walking in a mall. I recommend restarting your Blaze, then walk 100 steps and let me know how many does it registered.

It worked, I tested it inside Target today and it registered step for step!
