Blaze won't reset, sync, or charge

Clicking left button displays a low battery icon.  Holding left and lower right buttons does nothing other than displaying the same battery icon.  Cannot swipe to get to display to try to shut off in order to restart.

Used the customer service chat feature and was offered nothing other than 25% discount on a new product.  Disappointing since I am 30 days outside of my one year warranty.  I have to think that there are other things to try.

Hi, @KerryO, maybe try giving it a couple of hours charge and try the restart again?  When the battery is low sometimes all functions do not work well.  (Plug it in to charge even if it doesn't seem to be charging... ideally use a wall charger -- a UL certified cell phone charger that will accept a usb cable is best.)

I hope this helps!  Let us know.

Sorry, it is listed as accepted solution but that is not the case.

I plugged it into the wall charger overnight.

Blaze is still unresponsive. Shows low battery only. When plugged in, it at first shows Fitbit logo and then after tapping, shows time and date, but both are wrong.

If if it were just a battery issue, it should have died and not still be on.

Any solutions since the reset and restart options don't work?
