Blaze won't respond

My screen is black and the green lights on the back are out. I thought it might be at zero battery,  but....screen stays black while charging to. The app thinks the battery is charged. Tried turning it off by holding the correct buttons, but it doesn't appear to do anything. I'm afraid it is broken?
