I just purchased a Blaze and i'm having issues setting it up on my Samsung S7 Edge. I let the device charge for an hour. Now I keep getting the setup website. on the app where I am trying to install my new device, it keeps saying that its not on. I can't hard reset the device or connect it via Bluetooth. Does anyone else have this problem.

@JenniferW123, I am not sure I understand your question. Are you able to turn your Blaze on? If not, you have not charged it sufficiently. Don't forget that in most cases a computer or laptop will not deliver charge while it is inactive/sleeping .
If the Blaze is not turned on / does not have sufficient power, you will not be able to set it up.

As for setting it up, have you downloaded the Fitbit app, logged into your account, now do an add device from the accounts tab.

@Rich_Laue, since rhe OP mentions what she is seeing on the app, I think it is fair to assume she has downloaded the app. 😉
