Blaze won’t swipe and buttons aren’t responding

My Blaze screen doesn’t turn on unless I tap the screen. None of the buttons are responding and I can’t even turn it off. This started Friday of last week and today is Monday and the problem is ongoing. I cannot even turn it off now like I was able to Friday. Is there a way to hard reset it? I tried holding down the left and bottom buttons, but like I said, the buttons don’t respond.

Updated my IPhone software and still not working . I have to put the Fitbit on the charger to get it to the main screen and none of the buttons work still. I shut it down and turned it back, but that didn’t do any good. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and none of the buttons work.
