Blaze won't swipe

My blaze won't swipe from the stat screen. I have tried multiple times to do the restart, the buttons engage, but the Blaze doesn't restart (logo doesn't pop up). I can't do a hard shut down because it's not responding to button pushes. When I do the restart it just tells me I'm all caught up on my notifications. Any tips?

TRy pressing tge buttuns while the tracker is out of the band.

Yes, it has been out of the band when I press them. It doesn't do anything.

This is also happening to my Blaze..Tried several times as per instruction but won't do anything.
