Blaze won't sync and won't track steps

I've had my blaze for 4 months. All of sudden it won't sync to my iPhone 6. Even though it's still on it was accurately track my steps anymore either. I have scrolled through these forums and tried everything:

updated app

updated tracker 

removed/reinstalled app

removed/reinstalled blaze

shutdown blaze

paired as new tracker

paired as replacement tracker

Unbonded (turned off bluetooth)

 

The tracker keeps saying that the last time it synced was between 2-3am. When I try syncing it will say "last synced" and will say the present time but within second it will revert back to 2-3am as such the time is always wrong.

 

help!

With everything you have done so far I would contact support. Please let then know everythign you have done so far to try and fix it
