Blaze won't sync or hold charge

I got the Fitbit Blaze for my birthday about 2 months ago. It work fairly well for about 2 weeks I'd say before those 2 problems came out and are being persistent.

 

When I fully charge the watch, it will hold the charge for about 24 hours only. I'm not using a lot the watch either to be honest. The setting are all to keep the battery alive and it still doesn't work at all. For a 2 months old product with a battery it is a disgrace. But to top that, I got the hardest time to sync my watch. It's a constant struggle since the battery die so fast, I tend to turn off the watch to sleep to save it as much as I can.

 

So here I am almost every morning putting my watch to charge cause its almost empty, then trying for about half an hour to sync it with my phone. I can't sync with my PC... not with the dongle, not with Bluetooth. So is there anything for me to do, is it a common problem with those watch? I've already read the popular solution for these problems on the Fitbit forums, tried them but nothing works.
