My blaze won't sync or update, tried it on 2 different devices, tried restarting, turning off and on, unpaired it, now it can't be found by device, any advice would be good.

I would like to know if you keep having problems connecting your tracker with your phone? If you do, I recommend checking our list of compatible mobile devices and if your tracker is compatible, follow our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should sync without a problem.
