Blaze won't sync or update

After charging my blaze, the screen on the device id stucked on the square blue icon/logo. My samsung 7s cant find the tracker, and no pressing of the trackers buttons make any difference. I trued to turn bluetooth on and off, and try to reinstall the fitbit app.

Any suggetions what to do?
