I recently upgraded my phone to s10. I now can't get it to sync with my fitbit blaze.
I've uninstalled reinstalled, removed from blue tooth, nothing is working. Has anyone had this happen?
I can see s10 isn't in the capatibility list but I thought it would of been updated now.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity

Hey there @Jodie0988, thanks for coming back. You're right, someone will be reaching out to you within the next 24-72 hours with next steps.
I didn't add anything else on my previous post as it seems you already tried everything. However, while reading your post I was wondering if by any chance you're using another phone at the same time along with your S10? Do you have or had more Fitbit devices paired to your Fitbit account? If so, I'd suggest to try these
steps in the following order:
1. Remove the old device(s) from the Bluetooth settings (in case you have more Fitbit devices that are no longer in use).
2. Remove your Blaze (once again or make sure it's no longer paired) from the Bluetooth settings on your phone or any other phone you tried to set it up with.
3. Restart your Blaze.
4. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
5. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
6. Setup your Blaze
