I'm starting to regret the purchase it never syncs on the first try. I have to jump through hoops to get it to sync. Turn off the phone, turn off the bluetooth, sign out of my account just to sign back in and it STILL doesn't sync! I like all the different things the watch does but I would really appreciate it even more if it would just SYNC! Yes I updated it and it's even WORSE!

It's great to welcome you @LadyTray. First, I recommend checking our list of compatible mobile devices and check if your phone is listed. If your phone is not a compatible phone that's the reason why you are having problems syncing your tracker. Now, if it is compatible, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot.
Let me know how it goes.

You are welcome @LadyTray, in this case, I recommend trying our syncing troubleshoot anyway, maybe these steps work and your tracker start syncing with your phone.
If you need anything else, do not hesitate in posting it.

I too have tried everything to try and get my fit bit Blaze to sync. It worked well for a month or so. Then it became increasingly difficult and eventually wouldn't sync at all. The bottom line is my fit bit does not work and I am done trying to get it to. I've updated firmware, reset, you name it. The settings change by themselves every 5 minutes too. Another prematurely released product at the consumers expense.

@Lamebit im not sure what phone, or what the everything tried is. Have you looked at @AlejandraFitbit's post above?
Several things have always worked for me:
Restart the phone.
Restart the tracker
Remove the tracker from the phones Bluetooth, not the app.
Clear the fitbit app's cache, not sure why but it works many.
Also if it still not happening clear the Bluetooth cache.
