So I just got the blaze and I also have an iPhone 7 and it seems like it is recording the steps but not syncing to the challenge. Any ideas of what may be wrong?

It's great to have you here @SunsetRunner! I would like you to make sure you have the latest version of the app which is 2.43.1 for iOS and force quit the app. Also, you should be in the same timezone than the owner so it can properly sync your steps.
Additionally, you can learn more about the steps that will count in a Challenge by checking this article. If you can share a screenshot about the data that you're seeing would be a great addition.

Best AnswerThe time zone isn’t the problem since we we are in the same time zone. Here is a screenshot
You can’t really tell but there is like 0 steps above
I called and they said they may update the app so this problem won’t occur anymore.
Best AnswerHas this been resolved? This is happening to me as well. My fitbit is syncing my steps to my phone, but not my challenges, I have 21K Steps in right now, it's showing 10K in my challenge.

Welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner! I would like you to make sure you don't have any activities logged in your Dashboard, because just your tracker's steps will count toward Challenges. Also, please confirm you're in the same timezone than the owner if you're in a group Challenge.
Hey @SunsetRunner. I've noticed you already create a case with Customer Support and it was resolved via email. Hope you can continue enjoying your tracker.
Hope this helps!
