Got my Blaze back in 2017 and have never been able to sync it to any of several phones have had since then. At one point I gave the watch to my son who used it a couple months with his iPhone. Finally I started wearing it again just so I could track my daily steps, but the time and date are all wrong. I've spoken at length with Fitbit customer service who finally concluded the watch is not compatible with my phone, tablet device or laptop. Its never worked properly for me and I regret even purchasing it.
