My Blaze went flat as I didn't have my charger with me, recharged and the time is incorrect on it. Tried all solutions from forums to correct time, got frustrated and deleted the deice from my account. Now when try to reconnect it, I get the 4-digit code for pairing but never pairs...
I have tried resetting Blaze, reinstalling fitbit app, turning on/off Bluetooth, and forgetting the device from my Bluetooth settings to no avail....
Any ideas?

I get that all the time and once I get it paired the blaze won't push notifications at all. Only within the first few minutes. It sounds like you have done everything possible.
