I bought fitbit blaze today, and it refuses to sync. It keeps give 'Sync error. please try again' message. I have bluetooth, location, internet on, it still won't sync.
It did sync once when I rebooted blaze, it always shows the step count as 0. I have read about that bug on fitbit community.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve only been wearing this Fitbit for ONE WEEK and have already had this issue several times but today, no matter what tricks I tried, not a **ahem** thing worked!!! I’m beyond aggravated and just want to stomp on it and send it back. My heart rate is through the roof but too bad it can’t be tracked!!! My Blaze also does not track my sleep properly either. My sleep and wake up times are not accurate. When I wake up to use the bathroom my tracker uses that wake up time as my wake up for the day, it won’t track anything once I go back to sleep.
Fitbit gurus: PLEASE come up with a fix for these issues!!!!

One thing I found out was that my bluetooth headphone was somehow interfering with the sync even though it was not paired with my phone. When I removed it from paired devices list, blaze synced immediately.
However I still see times where my blaze doesnt sync even though there is no interference.
