How is it possible, that even after several hundred messages about battery runtime problems, it has still not been recognized that this is a firmware problem. Either the macro view is missing or it's simply intent.

Best AnswerI refer to the fact, that no matter what measures Fitbit proposes, they bring no improvement. Whether you change the battery, reboot the device, otherwise parameterize the synchronization, initiate power-saving measures, have an old or new device, the problem persists.
