Blaze won't sync

New Blaze. Had about 2 weeks. It won't sync. Have had this issue happen twice in 2 weeks. I'm less than impressed. My Bluetooth is on. I've restarted my phone. The battery is charged. I've restarted the Fitbit. I'm seriously considering returning this Fitbit.
