Heart rate and sleep issues

My sleep and heart rate had not recorded in a week. I have tried everything listed on all the post about sleep and heart rate not recording and nothing is working. This is main reason I got this device. I've reset it multiple times, I uninstall and reinstalled app, I added new device, I reposition band, switched arm, switched heart rate from auto to on and back and forth. Nothing is working. The green light some times blink. What do I do now?
