Blaze won't take a charge.

I got a new Blaze in January 2018 to replace a Blaze that died (so far I've had a Charge HR, a Surge, and now two Blazes that have all died). You can see my most recent history here.

Not long after I started using it, the Blaze would shut off randomly and lose a bit of info. But, at this point that behavior is expected and overall it performed okay.

This weekend it stopped taking a charge. This hasn't happened before with this unit. Going through other customer posts, I've tried the suggestions listed:

  • I've cleaned the contacts on the Blaze and on the chargers with rubbing alcohol.
  • I've left the Blaze in various chargers over the course of two days. I have 3 chargers, so I rotated through them. The Blaze wouldn't take a charge in any of them.
  • Because the Blaze shuts down as soon as I take it off a charger, I had to hold it against the charger in order to reset it using the Back and Select buttons. I do see it restart, but it still won't charge.
  • I see pulsing battery icon, and it's active as long as the charger is plugged in (I kept it overnight just in case) but the level doesn't increase and the unit shuts off when I take it off the charger.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
