Not tracking step correctly

I am having the same issue. I am taking more steps than it's tracking

It's great to welcome you @madisontater and @1Alleycat. If your trackers are not being accurate, I recommend restarting your devices and test them. If the amount of steps that you are counting are not the ones that the trackers registered, feel free to get in touch with our support team since they have the proper tools to see your information.
