My blaze won’t turn on outside the charger. As soon as I take it off the charger it shuts off even though I know it is fully charged and I can do everything I want to when it is on the charger. I don’t know how to get this fixed. Please help!

My Blaze is doing the same thing. Started about a month ago. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps, to no avail. Can you please advise on how I should proceed.
