Blaze won't turn on

Hi, My Blaze was working up till last night. When I went to bed, it was fine and woke up and it had died. It has been on the charge for almost 2 hours and it hasn’t done anything. This is my second Blaze because my first one wouldn’t keep charged and I was sent a new in May. This new one also is having trouble staying charged as well. Can you help?

Hey @Candylou, it's great to see you around.

 

If your Blaze isn't turning on, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
