Hey there @msquared1. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker not turning on 😕

Now, even if it doesn't show anything on the display, is it syncing to your Fitbit app? Also, you can try to restart it and see if that works. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after that, it should all be working properly.

Let me know how it goes!

yea i had tried all possible solutions, but it wasnt working. yes it was syncing with the app, but only while being in the cradle, once removed it turned off. but anyway, i went through customer support, and they issued a replacement which i received today. so all in all, im quite happy, 1 day shipping to get a replacement, and the new one is working perfectly, well kinda. it wasnt charging through computer and as such couldnt update firmware, but after trying a powerpoint, it worked and updated, and im loving the thing. even went and bought the metal brace, and the 22k black brace. which hopeful support can help me with, as im got some what big wrists, and with max adjacent they are a just abit tight
