Try putting your Blaze back in its band, hold the left and lower right buttons down together, count to 30 (still holding buttons down) and see if the fitbit logo comes up...
Is it on now?

Dude yes I got a new blaze today and it only stays on if plugged in and I just left it for an hour, came back to it "blazing" hot while on the charger. And it still won't turn on while off the charger. I tried to reset trick and everything. Now it's just flickering and there's no logo or charging symbol or anything. It's pretty depressing since I got this 2 day shipped through Amazon just so I could use it for the long weekend. I'm pretty mad

fitbits never get hot, something isn't right. Don't use it.
