Blaze won’t turn on

Hi guys I just got a new blaze on Xmas and unfortunately it stopped working 😥 everytime I put it on charge it works but as soon as I remove it it dies. It won’t hold the battery at all! I love fitbit but don’t understand why the issue 😰.

It's great to see you around @Caspernaldo.

 

If your Blaze isn't turning on, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

Now about the battery, take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
