Blaze won't turn on

My Fitbit Blaze went dead flat, I left it on charge over night and it still won't turn on, I've only had it since August last year and this is the first problem I've had with it.

I would like to know if you have tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

A few days ago my blaze shut off while it still had full battery. I put it in the cradle thinking it needed to charge. Once recharged I put it back in the band on my wrist and went to work. Two hours later it went black again. I checked this forum and saw the restart troubleshoot which turned my blaze back on for two more hours. Then it went black again. I’ve had to put it in the cradle or do a reboot for the last few days now. It went black last night so i put it on the charger while I slept to ensure I had it for my workout this morning. I put my blaze on my wrist at 4:45 and by 5:15 it was black again and wouldn’t reboot until I got it back into the cradle when I got home. I’ve never had a battery or syncing issue before. This is so frustrating.

I'm so frustrated with my Blaze.  It turns off while I'me working out.  It turns off just after I've charged it.  It turns off for no reason at all.  And, this time I can't get it to turn back on.  I've held the left and bottom right buttons for 10 seconds so many times I've lost feeling in my fingers.  When I put it in the charging cradle, it shows charged, but when I take it out, it's dead.  What do I do now?

 

Update: I charged it over night, again, and mysteriously it came on this morning...until it goes off again.  I've just accepted this is how it's going to work. Ugh!

I charged over nite and now won't turn on at all! It's brand new my sister got me it last week. My old one died so she got this replacement. Holding any button won't work and putting on the charger does not work.
