Blaze losing charge quickly

My blaze doesn't hold its charge at all. It can be 100% charged and lose it within a day.  I have tried all of the options re battery help to no avail. Can anyone from customer services get in touch please.

Looks like Fitbit is trying to phase out the Blaze model. All of a sudden so many of us are having problems with our Blaze and are receiving emails to purchase other Fitbit models.

Same thing is happening to mine only loses charge from full 2-3 times a day. The other day I charged it fully at 7pm went to play football and by midnight it said battery low, so charged it overnight, got up for work at 5am and by 9am it was dead again, charged it again and by the evening it was dead again. There has been an app update so maybe it's fixed something.
