Not charging just overheating

Hi, my Blaze is alerting me that the battery is low. When I put it into the charging cradle it doesn’t charge it just overheats and the icon come on. Any ideas please people. Thanks

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're having with your Fitbit Blaze which is overheating and won't charge. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution, please keep working with them.
