Blaze won't turn on

From yesterday it shows nothing on the screen. Am sure battery there's no battery drain since I made a full charge day before yesterday. I have tried every combination of left and right bottom buttons to power on and nothing happens. When I put it back in its cradle there is nothing displayed on the screen. Fitbit app not detecting my device.

Sorry should’ve proofread anyway my blaze won’t turn on I just have a black screen Says on the app my battery is full I’m not sure how to fix it

I would like to know if you have tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
