My Blaze is fully charged but as soon as I remove it from the charging dock it shuts down and won’t turn on. I’ve tried multiple times to restart it and still nothing. Help!! What’s my next option?

Have had the blaze charging and remove from the charging dock and won’t turn on ? Put it back in the charging dock and it turns on ! Tried reset like other posts but no luck
