So about 2 weeks ago I noticed that when I would charge my Blaze, there would be a bunch of colored lines on the screen, then a few days ago it wouldn't charge, restarted it and it charged. Then the other day at work, my screen went black but it still was counting the steps, next morning, nothing, pulse sensor is not working neither is the screen and it won't let me restart it, any suggestions?

How old is it as they dont last forever. But if you cant restart it which solves most problems then I would contact support

It's great to see you here @Tere531 and @WendyB thanks for the input.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. Upon checking with our support team, I was told that you have already created a case with them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution.
