My Fitbit Blaze is not responding to anything. Screen just shows the Fitbit icon. Won’t allow me to reset either. No lights on the back. Called support desk and they were not able to help.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. Can you please tell me which troubleshoot have you tried so far and which was the solution that our support team provided?

My Blaze was in the charging port and suddenly went blank. Have tried resetting n turning it back on but it won’t. What can I do to get my Blaze back on and start re-using it?
