Blaze won't turn on

My Fitbit Blaze was not syncing to my device, so I did a hard reset and 10 minutes later it still has the Fitbit symbol on it, without any signs of it being reset. It had been on the symbol for a couple of weeks before hand, only when I plugged it in, and when I unplugged it the screen would go black. Not quite sure what happened, but help please.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
