Blaze won't turn

My blaze has been acting funny. So I turned it off with 3/4 of battery life. Kept it off for 15 minutes and turned it back on. Fitbit sign showed up then blackness green heart rate was flashing. Then utter blackness, it won't do anything. Not even charge!!!!!any help

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Did you restart your tracker? Is it working at the moment of being in the cradle?
